As the strategic bridge between marketing, SDR, partner and sales teams, you will design and execute integrated campaigns, events, ABM programs, and targeted initiatives that engage priority audiences and generate high-quality leads. Our goal is to drive high-quality pipeline, deal acceleration and conversion, and bottomline results tied to revenue for and with the sales team.

- Strategic Planning & Execution | Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for France and the Netherlands in close partnership with Customer Unit leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Design an optimised program mix—including field events, ABM initiatives, webinars, and sponsorship activations—that meets and exceeds pipeline and revenue targets.
- Lead Enterprise ABM Excellence | Serve as the primary owner for localising, executing, and scaling our enterprise ABM motions across the CU. Drive strategic account selection, map customer journeys for our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and ensure consistent, high-touch execution that generates qualified leads and accelerates deal conversion in targeted accounts.
- Deliver Performance-Driven Results | Own the end-to-end execution of all regional marketing programs with relentless focus on measurable outcomes. Track and report on pipeline generation, revenue impact, and program ROI using Salesforce dashboards and Tableau analytics.
- Partner Marketing | Collaborate closely with the EMEA Partner Marketing Lead to design and execute co-marketing campaigns (events, webinars, digital campaigns) with key strategic partners for South.
- Manage Budget Strategically | Oversee the allocated regional marketing budget with exceptional fiscal discipline and cost consciously, prioritising investments that deliver the highest measurable ROI across all field marketing initiatives.
- Create Compelling Marketing Assets | Develop and localise marketing content including web pages, videos, playbooks, and landing pages that resonate with French audiences.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration | Build and maintain strong relationships across marketing (content, campaigns, events, digital), sales development, enterprise account executives, and sales leadership.
- Enable Sales Success | Partner closely with the sales development team and account executives to optimise lead follow-up processes.
- Drive Measurable Business Outcomes | Solution-oriented and outcome-obsessed, designing every initiative with clear pipeline generation and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets. You focus relentlessly on metrics that matter—qualified pipeline created, deals accelerated, and revenue closed—constantly optimising to maximize business impact.
- Ensure Operational Excellence | Work in close partnership with marketing operations to establish proper measurement frameworks, tracking requirements, and campaign management in Salesforce and other MarTech platforms—ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Champion Regional Market Expertise | Act as the voice of France and the Netherlands within the broader marketing organisation, bringing critical market insights, cultural nuances, and competitive intelligence to strategy discussions. Own French localisation efforts—ensuring all marketing content, messaging, and campaigns are culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and resonate authentically with local audiences. Partner with translation resources and regional stakeholders to maintain brand consistency while adapting to regional preferences.
- Passion for Marketing with 7+ years relevant work experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects working with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Experience holding event budget authority and managing budgets across an event series
- Experience having pipeline building responsibility
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Asana, and marketing automation platforms (MAPS) (building emails, lists and landing pages)
- Must be metrics-driven
- Able to successfully execute those projects with little oversight from your manager
- Can-do attitude, eager to take on projects and actively seeks out opportunities
- Very detail-oriented, extremely organised and able to keep others on task too
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Travel for events will be required
- Fluent in French and English
