Our Opportunity

Join Snyk's Customer Marketing team as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, where you'll drive customer onboarding and product adoption through integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Running end-to-end integrated campaigns to drive customer onboarding and adoption leveraging digital channels, in-product messaging, and email marketing.
  • Managing customer communications, including email nurtures, in-app messages, product updates,announcements, and Snyk’s monthly customer newsletter.
  • Managing projects to support the health of Snyk’s customer email database and customer reachability in partnership with marketing ops.
  • Managing webinar programs including, collaborating with technical partners to develop content, manage promotion in partnership with the digital team anddeliver sales enablement including pre-event outreach and follow-up plans.
  • Collaborating with product marketing and customer success on customer onboarding and adoption content production and virtual learning strategies.
  • Managing campaign timelines, budget, and ROI, including regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams including marketing operations, digital, product marketing, content, design, customer success, and sales.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS company, with expertise in end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (ideally Marketo) and CRM tools.
  • Project management skills and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration across teams.
