What you'll do:
- Work with Spendflo’s sales team to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting qualified meetings
- Outreach to multiple stakeholders within Spendflo’s prospect accounts
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified
- Selling opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
- Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Become an expert in articulating Spendflo’s value to prospective customers
- Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
- Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
- Engage with prospects using a combination of email, LinkedIn and other innovative approaches
What we need:
- 2-4 years of experience as an outbound BDR
- A strong desire for a career in sales
- A track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performing startup environment
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- A resilient nature, and a high level of motivation
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- A great attitude and love for interdependent team collaboration

This role is for the Americas region, so you must be willing to do US shift (PST timings). The role will be based out of Chennai, India.
