As Spendflo’s first Partnerships Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our partner ecosystem and driving growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, strengthening existing relationships, and sourcing pipeline opportunities to fuel Spendflo’s expansion. Your work will enable us to accelerate deals, showcase value to partners, and build a robust network of referral, reseller, and technology alliances.
What You Will Do:
  • Identify and onboard new referral and reseller partners to expand Spendflo’s network
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and success
  • Source and grow Spendflo’s sales pipeline by leveraging partner relationships
  • Accelerate deals in the pipeline through partner networks
  • Drive account interlock with partners to align strategies and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enable partners and ensure alignment on goals
  • Establish and grow relationships with private equity (PE) firms to identify opportunities within their portfolio companies
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with PE firms to highlight progress and showcase value delivered to their portfolios
  • Develop and nurture technology partnerships to enhance Spendflo’s integration ecosystem and expand market reach
About You:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a partnerships or business development role, with a proven track record of building and managing strategic alliances
  • Prior experience working with the US market, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and customer expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Experience in managing partnerships with private equity firms and technology partners is a plus
  • Willingness to take calls during US hours (night shifts) to accommodate partners and clients
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to achieve goals
