We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content marketing strategy specifically focused on lead generation. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand our target audience and create high-quality content that attracts, educates, and converts prospects into leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven content marketing strategy focused on lead generation

  • Conduct in-depth audience research to understand buyer personas and content needs

  • Create compelling and informative content across various formats (e.g., blog posts, ebooks, white papers, case studies, social media content)

  • Manage the content creation process, including brainstorming topics, assigning tasks, and editing content

  • Own and execute the distribution strategy for any and all content you create

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic

  • Utilize content marketing tools and platforms to manage and measure content performance

  • Analyze content performance data and make adjustments to the strategy as needed

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation

  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, including SEO, content strategy, and content creation

  • Experience with various content formats (blog posts, ebooks, white papers, case studies, social media content)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Ability to develop and manage a content calendar

  • Proven ability to analyze data and measure content performance

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with content marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO tools, content management systems)

  • Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends
