Spendflo is a procurement orchestration platform used by growth-stage and enterprise companies to manage software spend, vendor relationships, and approval workflows.
We are evolving from being a workflow tool to becoming the orchestration layer for how companies decide what to buy, how they buy it, and how they manage it over time.
Procurement today is still fragmented—decisions are slow, visibility is poor, and workflows break across teams. We’re building the system that brings this together.
What You’ll Do
  • Own core product surfaces (e.g., intake workflows, spend management, contracts) end-to-end
  • Stay close to customers — at least two meaningful conversations every week — and bring back insights that change decisions
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and build solutions that drive measurable improvements (speed, visibility, cost savings)
  • Write clear, high-signal specs that reduce ambiguity and help engineering move fast
  • Make decisions with imperfect information and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to ship intuitive, high-impact features
  • Spot strategic risks early and raise them before they become expensive
This is not a traditional PM role. You won’t be handed a roadmap to execute. You’ll shape what gets built and why, owning product surfaces end-to-end - from identifying problems to shipping and learning from outcomes.
If you’re looking for real ownership (not proxy ownership), speed over process and the ability to influence product direction then this role is for you.
What Success Looks Like
In 30 days
  • You have a clear, independent point of view on the product
  • You’ve proactively spoken to customers and brought back actionable insights
  • Engineering knows you and is already looping you into discussions
  • You’ve identified the most important problem to solve and proposed a path forward
In 90 days
  • You fully own at least one product surface end-to-end
  • A spec you wrote has gone into development smoothly, without heavy back-and-forth
  • A decision you made has shipped—and you understand its impact
In 6 months
  • The areas you own are measurably better - not just improved in opinion
  • Engineering and design come to you first for decisions in your domain
  • You operate independently without needing founder involvement for day-to-day calls
  • You’ve identified at least one strategic risk that influenced team direction
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • You’ve truly owned a product surface before - made decisions, shipped outcomes, and lived with the results
  • You’re at a stage where you want more ownership and less waiting
  • You’re not looking to execute a predefined roadmap - you want to shape it
  • You write specs that bring clarity, not confusion
  • You have strong opinions, but change them quickly when data proves you wrong
  • You bias toward action - you’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than over-debate
Nice to Have
  • Experience in procurement, finance, or Source-to-Pay (S2P) domains
  • Exposure to early-stage (0→1) or high-growth startup environments
  • Experience building workflow automation, AI-powered features, or decision-support systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CLM, identity, finance tools)
What You’ll Get
  • High ownership and autonomy from day one
  • A fast-moving environment and opportunity to work with the CEO, who is also the CPO
  • Direct exposure to customers and business impact
  • The opportunity to shape a category-defining product
