What You’ll Do
As an Associate Consultant – Procurement Services, you’ll work closely with customers, SaaS vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful procurement outcomes and deliver exceptional buying experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cost savings and improve turnaround times across customer procurement requests
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and renewals with leading global SaaS vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SaaS Account Executives and vendor partners to unlock the best possible deals
  • Deliver a smooth and efficient buying experience for both customers and vendors
  • Use data, benchmarking, and market insights to identify savings opportunities and procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with CXOs, procurement leaders, and customer stakeholders to understand business needs and improve outcomes
  • Provide timely updates, maintain process discipline, and ensure high-quality customer communication throughout the procurement lifecycle
  • Contribute to building scalable procurement processes and best practices as Spendflo continues to grow

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, SaaS Sales, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, pricing, and data insights
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and external partners
  • Willingness to work US / Americas shifts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to the SaaS industry or SaaS procurement
  • Prior startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience working in customer-facing or revenue-focused environments
