What you will do
- Reporting to the Director Global Talent Acquisition, you will be a driver in ensuring we're providing an excellent candidate experience supporting critical recruiting functions with interview scheduling
- Support the Sysdig Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Teams by handling all candidate interview scheduling needs (video, phone, onsite, and technical tests) for the EMEA and APAC regions, keeping all stakeholder informed and updated thought the process.
- Manage daily Recruiter scheduling requests, continually prioritizing workload based on urgency and ensuring an efficient turnaround time and a work product that is free of errors
- Assist with booking travel arrangements when needed; answer all candidate questions with regards to interviews, travel expenses and reimbursements
- Serve as the main point-person for virtual and on-site interviews to ensure things run smoothly for interviewers
- Assist with drafting offer letters for EMEA and APAC regions, including university agreements, and continually prioritizing workload based on urgency and ensuring an efficient turnaround time and a work product that is free of errors
- As one of our ATS (Lever) Admins, assist with ongoing data audits, basic reports and system updates; in addition you will be involved with creating new requisitions, feedback forms and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain clean ATS data and always be looking for creative ways to improve upon existing processes
- Assist with New Hire Orientation and related onboarding activities and prepare New Hire reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly talent-focused data analytics reports
- Participate in ad hoc talent-focused TA coordination projects and initiatives, as needed

What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent working experience
- 2plus Years of Experience with Recruiting/HR related matters
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Fluency in English
