Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you

Spain is one of Teya's most strategically important markets. As the OP&A Partner for Spain, you will play a critical role in shaping the country's growth strategy, commercial performance, and long-term value creation.

Your mission is to help the business make better decisions, faster. You will work directly with the Country Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, allocate resources effectively, improve commercial productivity, and ensure the business is executing against its goals. Acting as the strategic and analytical partner to the Country Leader, you will bring together data, commercial insight, and operational rigour to drive performance across the market.

This is not a reporting role. It is a business-building role. You will influence how we invest, where we grow, how we deploy teams, how we incentivise performance, and how we measure success. You will sit at the centre of commercial decision-making and help turn strategy into execution.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Growth Planning

    • Partner with the Country Leadership Team to develop and execute Spain's growth strategy.

    • Quantify market opportunities through market sizing, segmentation analysis, competitive benchmarking, and forecasting.

    • Identify growth opportunities across channels, geographies, merchant segments, and products.

    • Build strategic business cases to support investment decisions and prioritisation.

  • Commercial Planning & Performance

    • Own the annual commercial planning process, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and capacity planning.

    • Develop territory plans, coverage models, channel strategies, and sales deployment recommendations.

    • Define and track the key performance indicators that drive commercial success.

  • Productivity & Commercial Efficiency

    • Build headcount, capacity, productivity, and funnel models to optimise commercial performance.

    • Analyse sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and execution.

    • Evaluate unit economics across channels and regions, providing recommendations to improve growth efficiency and return on investment.

    • Support pricing, incentive design, and commission structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Business Performance & Decision Support

    • Monitor business performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

    • Produce insights that help leaders understand what is driving performance and where intervention is required.

    • Lead deep-dive analyses into key business questions and strategic priorities.

    • Act as a thought partner to the Country Leader and functional leaders on business-critical decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Work closely with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Revenue Operations, People, Data, Product, and Country Leadership teams to translate strategy into execution.

    • Ensure commercial initiatives are measurable, operationally effective, and aligned with broader company priorities.

    • Help establish a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
