We are seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team.

Professional Services provides market-leading solutions to help organizations across EMEA understand, protect and manage their data. Our team delivers a diverse set of solutions from our broad portfolio of products.

What the role offers

  • You will provide consultancy for a range of OpenText monitoring tools and associated integrations.
  • You will be:
    • Investigating, diagnosing and remediating complex technical issues.
    • Maintaining and updating integrations with connected 3rd party systems.
    • Producing and reviewing technical documentation.
    • Planning and implementing system upgrades and new interfaces.
    • Participation in and support of performance testing and security vulnerability testing.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical consultant or IT operations role
  • Understanding of IT operations monitoring, event correlation, and IT service management processes.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Networks, Databases
  • Ability to analyse event data, correlate incidents, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with integrations into 3rd party systems
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting will be an advantage
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a high level of Security Clearance.

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from Gloucester or London on a regular basis (4 days per week).
