WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Provide Onsite Support

Provides necessary administrative and facilities support to company's operation by ensuring all facilities and administrative issues and concerns are resolved and handled effectively. Supports all the initiatives of the Facilities Management. (i.e. administrative, clerical).

Meet the needs of the Business Units

We prioritize customer satisfaction in all our endeavors. As part of this role, you will work closely with the business units we consider customers on-site to identify their facility-related inquiries and requirements. A crucial part of the requirement is your Customer service and administrative skills. You will also work with external partners such as vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal partners from other G&A business groups ( Finance, HR, and IT).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience

At minimum, you must have 3-4 year’s experience in facilities, property management, or other related field. You must also be:

  • College Graduate
  • Multilingual
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment

Capability

You possess excellent planning and organizational skills, enabling you to work and meet tight deadlines. You have a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. You effectively provide long-term solutions to complex problems by employing quantitative and holistic approaches.

People Person

You have the ability to interact with various customers including executives. You are also able to manage conflict and balance between customer and firm requirements.

Inspiring

You are passionate about quality and have an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services. You are skilled at dealing with stressful situations and can adapt to rapidly changing situations. You focus on meeting performance targets and work well with others in the process. You are open to new ideas and willing to challenge the norm.

Team player
