YOUR IMPACT

This position will report up to the Lead Brand Content Writer. It requires a strong self-starter, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The role will have expertise across multiple channels, asset types, and technology industry experience is a plus.The ideal candidate will also have outstanding organizational abilities and a flair for producing powerful, lead-generating content.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Working with Sr. Manager, Brand Content Writing to develop content pieces consistent with the corporate brand identity.
  • Create content for marketing projects, aligning brand voice and brand messaging with the appropriate channel.
  • Act as backup for writers across brand and all business units during peak work capacity.
  • Understand and exhibit principles of readability and how to apply it to value-based brand storytelling.
  • Present expertise in one or more business units, showing leadership in creating narratives that stand out.
  • Show functional expertise in specific asset types, and lead and contribute to the discussions on best practices for the team and for all of marketing.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure acceptance of project reviews.
  • Contribute to process development and refinement in order to scale team’s work.
  • Mentor other writers through team leadership, collaboration, and peer-editing work.
  • Experience with AI content creation tools a plus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 8-10 years of experience in content development or other related position.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of grammar and various writing styles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.

  • Works proactively with team to anticipate and address project concerns.

  • Works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organization,and is seen as a leader.
