Your Impact:

Senior Software Engineer with passion for technology and hands-on experience in software design and development. In this role, you will contribute to analyzing and designing software programs targeted for enterprise scale, debug and enhancing existing or new products.

What the role offers:

• Designing enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms.
• Analyzing, design, development and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
• Writing and executing complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
• Collaborating and communicating with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
• Representing the software applications engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5-8 years minimum of related experience
• Extensive experience in Core Java with exposure to multiple software applications, design tools and languages.
• Knowledge of scripting, GoLang, Python will be an advantage.
• Extensive exposure to technologies like Spring, AngularJS, HTML5, WebServices, JAXB, Tomcat.
• Good experience on Unix/Linux, Win API, monitoring, system performance and application performance tuning.
• Proficient in Core Java, OOPs Concepts & Patterns, Algorithms, Multithreading and Data structures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of product security requirements and hands-on experience in analyzing and resolving security vulnerabilities
• Good to have experience and knowledge on micro-service based architectures and exposure to SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Hands on experience in developing and maintaining enterprise grade products will be an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, customers and support engineers for design and problem-solving proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
