YOUR IMPACT

The Sr. Marketing Project Manager (Web) is an essential member of the Web Programs team, responsible for leading the successful execution of strategic web projects. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in identifying resourcing needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and minimal risk, aligning with overall corporate goals and objectives. The ideal candidate needs to be highly collaborative with amazing communication skills, excellent critical analysis and organizational skills, paired with the ability to work well independently or on a team.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Overseeing execution of cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Managing multiple projects at one time and balancing efforts to align with overall business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Defining project scope, goals, and success measurements
  • Proactively identify and lead projects to improve Web KPIs
  • Managing project timelines and resources
  • Providing clear communication and collaborating effectively with leadership, project teams and stakeholders
  • Providing regular reporting on project status, deliverables, resource utilization, risks and results
  • Ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards and on time
  • Supporting initiatives related to process improvement, workflows and change management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum 5 years of web project management experience in a consulting, agency, or corporate environment
  • Proven track record in managing digital or web projects; it would be an asset to have experience supporting large scale web migrations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in identifying and mitigating project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans to address potential challenges
  • Ability to integrate technical solutions with marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
