Your Impact

As a Cloud Application Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer at OpenText, you will enhance the availability, performance, and stability of OpenText cloud applications and services, with a primary focus on application support. You will automate repetitive work, develop solutions that operate at scale, and provide real-time feedback on production systems. By collaborating closely with Agile squads, development teams, and business partners, you will help improve products and ensure a reliable experience for our customers. Your work will directly influence system stability, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong technical knowledge of Linux systems and scripting languages (shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and container technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, as well as APM solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and work independently or collaboratively
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of ITIL principles, security best practices, and application operations
