YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead a mature product portfolio. This role is critical to sustaining and growing recurring revenue streams while maximizing customer value across established products. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for a set of products that are foundational to our business and trusted by thousands of customers worldwide.

Successful candidate will participate as a product leader in the Experience business unit and will help to drive Experience Cloud product strategy as part of the classic portfolio product lifecycle.

What The Role Offers

• Portfolio Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for a mature product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs. Works closely with Engineering leaders to carry out investment and delivery plans.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with and engage customers regarding functional use cases, product lifecycle, and Support-related matters to identify and resolve challenges.
• Revenue Protection: Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow recurring revenue, including pricing strategies, retention programs, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Customer Value Optimization: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to enhance product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including enhancements, cost optimization, and advising customers and Sales teams on modernization options.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and customer trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and incremental value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Support, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and reliably.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs for portfolio performance and regularly report on revenue, churn, and customer health.

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing mature or large-scale product portfolios.
• Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive customer and revenue retention strategies in subscription or recurring revenue models.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of customer success principles and experience optimizing customer lifetime value.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across executive, technical, and customer-facing teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
