YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be instrumental in strengthening cash collections, mitigating bad debt, and enabling revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Credit, you’ll bring your global B2B credit risk expertise to build scalable, best-in-class credit processes while enhancing the customer experience.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to resolve credit requests and provide alternative recommendations.
- Approve payment term requests and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Support acquisition integration and strategic projects to enhance credit risk practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in credit granting and collections processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- CCP or accounting designation is an asset.
- 5+ years of B2B credit experience (global software/high-tech preferred).
- Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and change management abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative, organized, and driven by continuous improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Salary Range: $63,760 - $95,640; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
