Senior Product Owner
YOUR IMPACT
On this exciting position, you are accountable for maximizing the value delivered by technology capabilities that support end-to-end fulfillment processes. You translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into a clearly prioritized product backlog and partner closely with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient fulfillment solutions.
You will serve as the primary voice of the business for assigned fulfillment products, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, operational excellence goals, and customer experience outcomes.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for fulfillment domain capabilities.
- Align product direction with enterprise strategy, architectural standards, and operational priorities.
- Balance speed, cost, resilience, and customer experience when making prioritization decisions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work delivers the highest business and operational value.
- Translate business processes, operational requirements, and non-functional needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Architects to ensure alignment with High-Level Designs (HLDs) and accountability for domain-level Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
- Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies within the fulfillment landscape and work proactively to address them.
- Use metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, order accuracy, system reliability) to continuously refine priorities and drive improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Lead in technology-enabled delivery teams.
- Relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or supply chain certifications).
- Experience supporting fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or order-to-cash domains.
- Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into clear, actionable product outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in large-scale, highly integrated enterprise environments.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture governance and domain-driven design concepts.
