Partnering closely with SRE, platform, and operations teams, you will ensure opportunities are well-defined and positioned for successful delivery and adoption. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Partner with IT, SRE, platform, and operations teams to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities aligned to program goals
- Analyze workflows, pain points, and reliability risks to shape scalable, outcome-driven automation use cases
- Leverage operational data, dashboards, and metrics to validate and refine automation opportunities
- Drive high-quality intake by translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and well-structured Jira artifacts
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and value-focused before development
- Support end-to-end automation lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and outcome measurement through defined KPIs
- Lead stakeholder engagement through release communications, demos, and training to drive visibility and adoption
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and a centralized knowledge hub, ensuring effective enablement and post-implementation value realization
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting IT, platform, or operations teams.
- Proven experience supporting technology‑driven initiatives, preferably in automation, platform engineering, SRE, or operational environments.
- Strong skills in requirements refinement, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Experience maintaining high‑quality work items in tools such as Jira, including ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to analyze and leverage operational intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and service metrics to identify opportunities, validate impact, and measure outcomes.
- Experience defining or tracking performance and outcome metrics to assess value realization and program effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
