OpenText is seeking a Principal Product Manager to be part of a product management team driving delivery and continuous evolution of Customer Communications and Form solutions in the Digital Experience area. The ideal candidate has experience as a product manager with SaaS applications, is familiar with CCM and Form solutions, understands technical architecture and engineering practices, and can seamlessly work with groups ranging from customers and partners to architects and engineers.

Your Impact:

You will contribute to the development of product vision and strategy, drive product and feature requirements, and manage development and delivery of new SaaS applications. You will work closely with other product management, engineering, platform and cloud teams to ensure that every aspect of solutions is built and launched to meet customer needs.

What the Role Offers:

  • Identify opportunities to drive growth of DX solutions.
  • Determine customer needs and use cases and translate into product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to ensure solutions drive customer growth.
  • Partner and collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage development and delivery of products and solutions from definition to launch.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Enable and support marketing, sales, services, and other teams to ensure market growth.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software and cloud applications.
  • Experience with CCM and digital experience solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success as a product manager driving product definition and requirements for SaaS applications.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on solution architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional stakeholders (Engineering, GTM, Professional Services, Support).
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments; strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
  • AI-First Mindset: Familiarity with GenAI, predictive AI, and agentic AI concepts.
  • Market Analysis: Strong skills in competitive research, customer discovery, and market segmentation.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud technologies, business process orchestration, and data management.
  • Execution Excellence: Experience with roadmap planning/prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and aligned cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer-Centricity: Passion for solving real-world problems through empathetic design and impactful product experiences.
