YOUR IMPACT

This is your opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of innovative information management solutions for some of the world’s largest and most dynamic organizations. As a Program Manager at OpenText, you will guide enterprise‑scale implementation projects end‑to‑end, anticipate risks before they occur, strengthen relationships through trusted partnership, and ensure value realization in every engagement. With AI transforming the landscape of information management, you will also help customers adopt and benefit from AI‑enabled capabilities responsibly and effectively.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Leading complex implementation projects from kick-off to closure

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities, resources, timelines, risks, and communications

• Managing project scope, identifying mitigation strategies, and providing transparent, regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Overseeing financial performance of assigned projects, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and compliance

• Serving as a key escalation and decision point

• Supporting Professional Services Sales in scoping, estimating, and contributing to proposal development for future opportunities

• Leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance project planning, risk identification, reporting, and overall delivery excellence

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical education

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies such as ECM and Archiving, with the ability to lead strategic solution discussions

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to apply AI to improve program outcomes

• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus
