YOUR IMPACT

Senior Digital Certificates Specialist will provide technical support for OpenText's customers non-paying Trading partners, Implementations agents, other CS reps, Operations, Internal IT & Security, and Engineering.

Senior also acts at an advisory level for all Digital Certificates specialists and acts for Manager when Manager is not on shift

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• End-to-end ownership of PKI certificate lifecycle management (CLM) across multi-platform environments
• Deployment, validation, and troubleshooting of certificates using OpenSSL, S/MIME, EAP-TLS
• Management of certificates across distributed EDI systems and secure data exchange platforms
• Monitoring and response to OBM alerts tied to certificate events and system dependencies
• Enforcement of CA standards, cryptographic policies, and platform-specific certificate processes
• Cross-functional resolution with Engineering, Security, and Operations
• SME leadership, escalation handling, and process optimization (incl. automation opportunities)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5–7 years of PKI experience (enterprise/cloud)
• Strong expertise in cryptographic protocols, X.509, and CA standards
• Hands-on with CLM systems and certificate automation workflows
• Experience integrating PKI with EDI systems and enterprise applications
• Proficiency in OpenSSL and certificate-based authentication mechanisms
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed, multi-system environments
• Willingness to work onsite in RCBC PLAZA MAKATI, night shift, rotation, and on-call
