The Partner Assist Specialist supports channel sales by managing quote processing and order submissions in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely partner transactions while enabling self-service via the Partner Portal.
This role is part of a newly established Deal Desk function focused on improving efficiency and turnaround times across the partner deal lifecycle, handling high transaction volumes across regions.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Quote Processing
Configure quotes (SKU, pricing, partner discounts, APA compliance)
Generate and share watermarked and final Quote PDFs with partners
Initiate and manage approval workflows
Update quote status (Accepted/Primary) upon confirmation
Maintain quote term dates and payment terms
Receive and upload partner Purchase Orders
Order Submission
Update opportunity stages to progress transactions
Validate PO details (SKU, pricing, address)
Retrieve and attach contract records from relevant sources
Submit completed transactions to Billing Ops or Cloud Services
General Support & Troubleshooting
Resolve issues (e.g., stuck quotes, rework requests)
Coordinate pricing and address updates
Support partner connections and high-value deal reviews (>100K)
Collaborate with PAMs/AEs to execute partner-related actions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
WILLING TO WORK FULL ONSITE in our RCBC PLAZA MAKATI LOCATION.
OK to work in a 24/5 shift role.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years in sales operations, deal desk, or channel operations
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)
Background in B2B sales support or lead-to-cash processes
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Admin certification
Experience with CPQ tools and partner/channel operations in tech
Knowledge of pricing, discounts, and approval workflows
