YOUR IMPACT
A Senior Technical Business Analyst role at OpenText is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and understanding core system features and capabilities across commercial finance domains such as equipment leasing, asset-backed lending, and floor planning. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions by translating client requirements into effective, scalable outcomes.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
•Analyze and interpret client business requirements across commercial lending and leasing processes, including credit origination, underwriting, contract structuring, funding, servicing, asset tracking, billing, collections, and end-of-term management.
•Design intuitive user experiences, operational workflows, and data requirements tailored to commercial finance and dealer financing operations.
•Identify required reference data such as asset details, pricing parameters, credit rules, amortization structures, and dealer hierarchy information.
•Review, write, and update business requirements, functional specifications, and business process documentation for proposed solutions.
•Create detailed business process review documents that translate analysis results into actionable solution changes.
•Define and document interfaces across systems, including CRM platforms, credit decision engines, document management systems, funding and settlement systems, dealer portals, and general ledger integrations.
•Support the entire project lifecycle—from initial discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, client onboarding, and post-production support.
•Serve as a key liaison between clients, development teams, product teams, and support, ensuring solutions meet business needs and operational expectations.
•Participate in Agile project teams; familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•Bachelor’s degree with strong experience in commercial finance, equipment leasing, dealer financing, or related domains
•Solid understanding of end‑to‑end lending and leasing lifecycle (origination, credit, funding, servicing, collections, and end-of-term)
•Experience with lending and leasing platforms (LOS, lease management systems, credit engines, dealer portals)
•Strong ability to simplify complex financial and operational processes
•Proven experience in business process mapping and requirements documentation
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-facing experience (workshops, interviews, design sessions)
•Familiarity with compliance, risk, asset tracking, and reporting within commercial finance
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an asset

Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
