YOUR IMPACT
We’re looking for a Facilities Site Manager to lead workplace governance, compliance, and operations across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region (excluding India). In this role, you’ll ensure our offices—whether physical, virtual, or serviced—deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality employee experience.
You’ll play a key role in driving consistency across multiple locations, managing vendor performance, and supporting office operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, regional environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Own governance, compliance, audits, and risk management
- Oversee virtual & serviced office operations across APJ
- Manage vendors, SLAs, and workplace standards
- Support Taiwan & Hong Kong office operations
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance & Real Estate
- Lead projects, space optimization, and regional initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 8+ years in Facilities / Workplace / Real Estate / Compliance
- APJ or multi-site experience preferred
- Strong vendor, governance, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with virtual/serviced offices
- Onsite role (RCBC Plaza, Makati)
