YOUR IMPACT
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Solution Delivery: Lead end-to-end deployment of OpenText ECM solutions, including planning, design, installation, configuration, migration, and integration.
- Architecture & Optimization: Design and implement scalable system landscapes, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Cloud Enablement: Configure and manage cloud-based proof-of-concept environments to support customer workshops and project validation phases.
- Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of Professional Services solutions by introducing enhancements and best practices.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) and engineering tools (e.g., CAD, CAE, GIS, Primavera).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, internal teams, and R&D; translate customer feedback into product improvement recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a global, cross-functional team in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText Content Server, OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering, or Content Management for SAP (or comparable platforms).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OpenText Content Server) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript).
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, OScript, or web services is beneficial.
