Your Impact:

The Senior Consultant leads end-to-end release testing for assigned products and applications, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute effective QA strategies. This role works closely with the QA Lead to drive structured test planning, ensure quality outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements. The consultant owns delivery accountability for QA activities, ensuring timely execution, clear stakeholder communication, and high-quality releases.

What the role offers:

  • Lead and oversee QA delivery, ensuring high-quality work products across the team
  • Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices, tools, and processes
  • Define, track, and report key QA metrics and quality indicators
  • Provide clear and timely status updates to Delivery Managers and stakeholders
  • Engage confidently with external clients, contributing to discussions on quality and testing strategy
  • Support effort estimation for proposals and project planning
  • Ensure systems, products, and services meet defined quality standards and user expectations
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain test assets
  • Manage defect lifecycle, including validation, triage, and collaboration for resolution
  • Monitor product quality across the release lifecycle and drive continuous improvement
  • Assess release readiness and provide quality sign-off for production deployments
  • Provide post-release support and ensure stability of delivered solutions

What you need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years leading functional and automation testing teams
  • Strong domain expertise in Auto Financing
  • Expertise in test strategy, including automation frameworks and API testing tools
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across diverse internal and external teams
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading QA for complex, enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
