We’re looking for NOC Administrators to provide technical leadership within our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and responding to issues across applications, systems, and networks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably. What the Role Offers
As a NOC administrator, you will:
- Use your problem-solving skills and structured thinking to tackle complex challenges and simplify them for others.
- Provide technical and process leadership to the NOC team, identifying opportunities to improve systems, technologies, and workflows for better reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by developing and refining processes.
- Champion positive change that enhances customer outcomes and experience.
What You Need to Succeed

- Excellent communication skills, including confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- A technical degree or proven track record of continuous learning and hands-on experience in technology.
- Experience with SaaS applications and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Night Shift 10 pm to 7 am
One Last Thing
This is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French & English.

Salary Range: $86,800 - $130,200 Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
