WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving customer retention and growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in global, matrixed organizations
