Your Impact:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based application development and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts. This role spans the full technology stack, Java for framework enhancements, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable software systems that integrate AI capabilities into core business products.

What the role offers:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST).
• Build scalable and high-performance applications with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Implement secure coding practices (Security & Vulnerability) and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Lead the migration of the product from its current platform to a modern environment.
• Monitor and update third-party libraries, frameworks, and components to the latest stable versions.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and software engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Proven track record of working with middleware and automation tools to connect enterprise-level applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in strong production experience with Java.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, inter-process communication (IPC), and Java web framework such as Apache Struts.
• Exposure to LLM integration, AI-assisted automation, or predictive analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Python for AI scripting or model integration.
• Experience in cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
