YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Customer Solutions. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior leaders, and excels at bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex priorities.

As a trusted partner to the VP, you will provide both high-level administrative and operational support, enabling effective leadership and execution. You will play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.

The Senior Executive Assistant will help drive the leadership rhythm by preparing materials, managing schedules, tracking follow-through on commitments, and maintaining visibility of strategic priorities. Success in this role requires strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Orchestrate the VP’s time and priorities, ensuring focus on strategic initiatives, critical decisions, and high-impact leadership engagements.
  • Drive executive effectiveness by proactively aligning calendar, commitments, and deliverables with evolving business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end executive operations, including meetings, travel, and administrative workflows, ensuring seamless execution and minimal friction.
  • Enable a disciplined leadership cadence by structuring business reviews, operational checkpoints, and governance routines that drive clarity and accountability.
  • Develop high-impact executive materials (briefings, reports, and presentations) that synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous tracking of decisions, actions, and dependencies, ensuring timely execution and closure across teams.
  • Integrate cross-functional inputs into cohesive business updates, providing leadership with visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strengthen operational visibility through dashboards and reporting mechanisms that support data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
  • Act as a central coordination point across functions, aligning stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and resolve execution gaps.
  • Continuously enhance operating rhythms, processes, and governance practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational discipline—while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Open to working on an afternoon shift.
  • 5 to 10-plus years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or similar roles, ideally supporting VP-level or senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments (e.g., corporate, shared services, BPO, or technology).
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to leadership meetings, reporting, and cross-functional operations.
  • Advanced prioritization and calendar management skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and optimize executive focus.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail while managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate, influence, and drive follow-through across senior leaders and teams.
  • Ability to synthesize information and translate data into clear, structured insights, reports, and executive-ready materials.
  • Proactive, forward-looking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and act with minimal direction.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Project) to support data-driven operations.
