Your Impact:

As part of the OpenText Compliance Management Team, you will play a key role in protecting intellectual property and ensuring customers adhere to software licensing agreements. Your work will directly contribute to accurate compliance assessments and support strong, transparent customer relationships. By delivering precise analysis and reporting, you will help strengthen audit processes and improve overall compliance methodologies.

What the Role Offers:

  • Manage customer engagements during the data-collection and analysis process
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of product licensing and customer contract terms
  • Conduct extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution
  • Present deployment analysis to external customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify opportunities for new or updated audit methodologies

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 4+ years of software auditing experience, working with external customers
  • Experience with third-party audit firms, including contract review and software licensing assessments (preferred)
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently and in team environments
  • Hard working and detail oriented
  • Professional and personable demeanour
  • Understanding of technology and software license agreements
  • Familiar with standard software license agreements and common contract language
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; proficiency in Excel essential
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to different customer environments and cultural contexts during global audits
  • Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and accommodate multiple time zones
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructures and deployment methodologies
