YOUR IMPACT:
We are seeking a Senior Web Content Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will publish and optimize content, coordinate requests through JIRA/Trello and provide reporting that improves efficiency and quality. As the lead support for our web content team in India, you will ensure publishing standards are met, surface insights that strengthen user journeys and contribute to creating seamless, optimized digital experiences while maintaining accessibility, legal and brand compliance.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Publish and optimize content in the CMS and implement engagement tools (e.g. Wisepops).
- Execute content updates and campaigns ensuring accuracy, accessibility and brand alignment.
- Manage content requests in JIRA/Trello and track progress against priorities and timelines.
- Provide reporting on ticket volumes, turnaround times and operational efficiency.
- Apply SEO and GEO best practices to improve content discoverability, user journeys and search visibility.
- Analyze reports from Semrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge and Oncrawl to identify optimization opportunities.
- Surface insights and recommendations that improve user experience, engagement and business outcomes.
- Conduct content audits to identify quality, accessibility and journey optimization opportunities.
- Participate in UAT, content validation and platform-related testing activities.
- Partner with Business Unit leads, SEO managers and Creative Services to align content with business priorities.
- Enforce accessibility (WCAG/AODA), legal and brand standards and contribute to publishing governance.
- Serve as the lead support for the web content team in India, providing guidance and ensuring publishing standards are met.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, test, and apply practical AI and emerging technology solutions to improve content management, discoverability, and journey optimization.
- Stay informed on digital experience, search and content trends to help advance team capabilities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3–5 years of experience in web content management or digital marketing
- Strong skills with enterprise CMS and familiarity with JIRA/Trello or similar tools
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, GEO concepts and content discoverability practices
- Experience using and analyzing reports from Semrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Oncrawl or similar optimization platforms
- Familiarity with web analytics (GA4), heatmapping/session tools such as Microsoft Clarity and engagement tools such as Wisepops or similar
- Experience applying accessibility standards and compliance requirements, including WCAG and AODA, within digital content and web publishing environments
- Experience supporting content audits, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Track record of improving processes and supporting operational efficiency
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale websites and digital experiences
- Interest in AI-powered search, content optimization and emerging digital experience trends
