YOUR IMPACT
Join us as an Account Executive and play a key role in driving growth across the Hungarian market. Based in Romania, you will partner with enterprise customers to understand their business priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value. Through a consultative sales approach, you will build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and guide customers through complex digital transformation initiatives. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused predominantly on enterprise customers across Hungary.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business challenges and strategic objectives.
- Deliver compelling, value-based presentations and solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrate resilience, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven success in a field-based enterprise software sales role.
- Experience selling complex cloud, on-premises, or hybrid software solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer challenges and translate them into business value.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new technologies and business solutions.
- Business fluent Hungarian and professional English are required.
- This role is based in Romania and supports customers predominantly across the Hungarian market.
