THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Client Executive – Digital Experience & Content at OpenText, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of enterprise customers within the Manufacturing and Industrial sector. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship, identifying opportunities to expand OpenText's AI-powered Information Management portfolio while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will position OpenText's Digital Experience, Content Services and Information Management solutions to help customers modernise their digital landscape, improve customer and employee experiences, automate business processes and unlock the value of enterprise information.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with some of Germany's most recognised global organisations while collaborating with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Executive Leadership to deliver transformational business outcomes.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across a portfolio of named enterprise customers.
- Drive software, cloud and subscription revenue through new business acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, COOs, Chief Digital Officers and Information Management leaders.
- Position OpenText's Digital Experience and Content portfolio to address complex business challenges including content management, customer experience, process automation and AI-enabled information management.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and contract execution.
- Develop executive sponsorship across customer organisations while building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and Partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently achieving or exceeding annual software sales objectives.
- Identify cross-portfolio opportunities across the broader OpenText Information Management portfolio.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Significant experience selling enterprise software solutions into large strategic accounts.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-million-euro enterprise sales opportunities.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud and subscription-based software solutions.
- Strong understanding of Digital Experience, Enterprise Content Management, Content Services, Process Automation and AI-powered Information Management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with experience navigating complex enterprise buying centres.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding software sales quotas.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans while managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Experience collaborating effectively across matrixed global organisations.
