The Role:

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand as measured in pipeline and revenue. You will plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that leverage a combination of in-person and virtual events (3rd party and OpenText), digital channels, partners and client success stories.

You will work closely with teams across Global Campaigns, Multiple Business Units Product Marketing, Account Development, Direct Sales, Solutions Consultants and Channels & Alliances teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated and meeting the pipeline needs of the business.

You are great at:

  • Having a strong focus on in-market execution and yet thinking/acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business
  • Owning and leading regional campaign planning, development and execution
  • Delivering campaigns that meet pipeline build targets in terms of both $value and #volume
  • Providing analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimizing/growing results based on the numbers and its impact to over pipeline health of the business
  • Liaising with Account Development ( also called BDRs, SDRs, LDRs in the industry) to evaluate campaign results, pass marketing leads from campaigns for them to qualify and nurture, and ensure a maximum return on investment
  • Leveraging global digital campaigns and providing regional feedback/requirements back to global campaign teams
  • Planning and executing owned customer events or sponsored 3rd Party events.
  • Driving integration of partner activities within campaigns as needed.
  • Representing regional marketing & working closely with business stakeholders to ensure strong sales and marketing alignment. Communicating with all business stakeholders and managing key relationships across sales, pre-sales, global campaign teams, product marketing and communications

What it takes:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5-8 years of experience focused on campaign management, partner, online and event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of effective B2B demand generation tactics
  • Regional event planning and execution
  • Good understanding of the enterprise software market
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Application of AI tools to Marketing
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Eg: Salesforce.com) & Marketing Automation platforms (Eg : Eloqua, Swoogo)
  • Strong focus on providing results of campaigns and activities (building Sales Pipeline)
  • Strong understanding of Sales Management and knowledge which activities drive and convert into Opportunities (Revenue)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively present/communicate ideas & plans to internal stakeholders and secure buy-in
