We are seeking a senior, hands-on Technical Audit Automation Developer who brings curiosity, collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills to complex audit and business challenges. This role focuses on translating unclear or evolving needs into practical automation, scalable data workflows, and audit-ready insights. You are expected to evaluate how AI and intelligent automation can improve audit processes and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate partners closely with global stakeholders, asks the right questions, challenges assumptions constructively, and delivers solutions that balance technical rigor with business intent.

What the role offers:

• Collaborate closely with auditors, compliance managers, and developers to understand audit and business needs
• Translate loosely defined requirements into clear, structured technical workflows
• Challenge assumptions and align solutions with business goals
• Build and maintain automation for data collection, validation, and reporting
• Develop reusable workflows and scalable solutions
• Integrate systems using APIs and structured data formats
• Analyze system logs and usage data to support audit investigations
• Apply software licensing concepts to real-world deployments
• Ensure data privacy and security throughout audit processes
• Document solutions and enable team knowledge sharing

What you need to succeed:

• 6+ years in technical engineering, automation, or data-focused roles
• Strong experience with Python, PowerShell, VBA, or Power Automate
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and data transformation
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and structured data formats
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders globally
