In this role, you will combine financial analysis, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration to drive operational excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support a positive employee experience.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and stakeholders by providing guidance on expense policies, resolving inquiries, and promoting compliance through education and communication.
- Perform end-to-end auditing of employee expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Identify compliance risks, monitor exceptions, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls and reduce financial exposure.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to support audits, address policy violations, and implement process improvements.
- Analyze expense trends, compliance metrics, and risk indicators to provide meaningful insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain reporting, month-end accruals, and analyses that support effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the expense program, including employee support, payment monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in employee expense auditing, financial compliance, internal controls, financial analysis, or expense program administration.
- Experience using expense management platforms such as Concur, Brex, Oracle, or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and financial risk management principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse global teams.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $76,800 - 115,200; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
