YOUR IMPACT

The Card & Travel Specialist will be supporting the global administration of our Cards Services & Travel Services teams. This role will provide support for our employees on OpenText’s Corporate (Travel) Card, Purchasing Card (PCard) & Travel processes and policies; the role will also provide operational support for our programs in terms of analytics, reporting, and oversight.

What The Role Offers

  • Responsible for the review and processing of new card applications, limit amendments, and card closures.
  • Monitor the internal support tickets for the Card Services & Travel Services teams. Provide support, training, or troubleshooting of technical issues and/or policy & process inquiries that employees may raise.
  • Produce compliance & fraud detection analytics and risk reporting.
  • Ensure the OpenText Global Corporate Card, PCard, & Expense Policies are enforced.
  • Participate in company initiatives or projects related to or impacting the Cards Services or Travel Services teams.
  • Provide support to the Card Services Program Manager & Travel Services team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed

  • At a minimum, a college graduate or 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Comfortable operating in a highly visible role; this role will be in contact with, and provide support for, employees across all regions globally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Travel, Credit Card, & Expense policies and procedures
  • A skill to identify root causes for issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Concur Travel, SAP, or other ERP systems, banking credit card system or other applicable complex systems learning experience.
  • Comfortable using AI in a corporate setting to improve operational processes or simplify/analyze complex datasets.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
