Your Impact
Reporting to the Sr Director FP&A, the Director will provide FP&A support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Global Facilities, Global Security Information & Privacy, Business Networks and AI organizations. The Director will lead a team in support of budgets, forecasts and month-end and all contract and business case analysis. Director will work closely with the business on approvals and will partner with CDO leaders to ensure budgets are met and financials are accurate.
What The Role Offers
- Build and support bottoms-up budgets and forecasts to support OPEX of more than $250M
- Work closely with the business to develop a deep understanding of costs and cost drivers
- Manage month-end and ensure books are closed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage consolidated CDO reporting of more than $700M
- Manage product investment model and cloud margin reporting
- Manage CDO headcount reporting and related analysis
- Provide strong analysis on spend to CDO
- Manage business case analysis to support incremental/investment spend
- Oversee and support analysis of all new spend in CDO to ensure value for money
What You Need To Succeed
- 10-15 years in FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, with CPA preferred and strong technical accounting skills
- Adept at building strong partnerships with business partners
- Solid organization and time management skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve it right the first time
- Exceptionally strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong team player, understanding that you deliver as a team and it is always best when you collaborate to find solutions to problems
