Your Impact:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, validating, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure platforms.

In this role, you will bridge hands-on engineering excellence with high-level infrastructure design, driving operational stability, active directory management, and automation across enterprise-scale environments. You will work closely with Product Engineering, Support, and Customer teams to ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence across customer environments while leading critical incident response calls to maintain seamless infrastructure performance.

What the role offers:

  • Architect, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot complex multi-domain/multi-forest Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, Domain Controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, AD CS, and hybrid identity setups.
  • Serve as the SME for all escalated Windows Server OS performance issues, security patch management, clustering, and storage configurations across enterprise fleets.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize enterprise cloud workloads hosted on AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Systems Manager). Support hybrid cloud integrations.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions using PowerShell (and related scripting frameworks) for routine administration, server provisioning, compliance, and automated incident remediation.
  • Lead technical incident response calls (P1/P2 outages), drive swift triage, coordinate cross-functional teams, and perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
  • Lead infrastructure design initiatives, evaluate architectural scalability, align system deployments with business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into robust IT infrastructure solutions. Possess top-tier verbal/written communication and soft skills to present technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.


What you need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or Solution Architecture.
  • Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record in managing and supporting large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise with core AWS infrastructure services and hybrid identity management.
  • Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix Gateway and Citrix DaaS (Desktop as a Service) / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
  • Proven capability in infrastructure design, system redundancy, disaster recovery planning, and business process alignment.
  • Excellent communication, incident triage leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and customer focus.
