Principal Portfolio & Offer Manager Professional Services

YOUR IMPACT

You will own the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of packaged Professional Services offerings that help customers maximize the value of their OpenText investments. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Presales, Delivery, GTM teams, and Centers of Excellence, you will transform enterprise solutions into standardized, repeatable service packages that accelerate customer deployment, modernization, upgrades, and cloud transformation journeys. You will play a key role in shaping how OpenText Professional Services scales globally while driving customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Define strategy and roadmap for packaged Professional Services offerings.
• Build scalable service packages spanning deployment, upgrades, and cloud migration.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and commercialization frameworks.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to drive offer adoption.
• Create playbooks, sales enablement materials, and success stories.
• Use customer insights to refine offerings and identify market opportunities.
• Establish KPIs to measure adoption, value realization, and portfolio growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to design, launch, and scale service or solution offerings.
• Deep understanding of cloud modernization, AI adoption, governance, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen with experience defining service strategies, roadmaps, and commercial models.
• Track record of influencing cross-functional Sales, GTM, and Delivery teams globally.
• Experience with enterprise software, information management solutions, and GTM analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
