As a Procurement Executive, you will support the procurement team in sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in procurement and supply chain management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management:
  • Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Collect and compare quotations from suppliers to evaluate cost and quality.
  • Purchase Order Management:
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely approval and tracking of orders.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier agreements and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research on market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide data to support negotiation with suppliers.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Maintain professional communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Inventory Support:
  • Assist in inventory management and stock level analysis.
  • Report discrepancies or delays in procurement and delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • BBA in Supply Chain Management, or a related field/B.Tech
  • 5-8 years of experience in Procurement.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain concepts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
